"From the moment I was greeted at the service department I knew this was a dealership where the employees were commited to serving the customer. Not only was everything done correctly but I was also asked if I wanted a bike wash on the house. Came in just for an oil change. Well worth the drive. Oh and by the way my bike was squeaky clean before I brought it in and I didn't take the wash but thanks for the offer. The staff rates an A++++ for their help in the parts department . "One of the best, if not the best, dealership experiences I have had. These folks made such a genuine effort to not only make the sale easy but also to make me happy with the deal. At one point i even had 2 salespeople helping at the same time. "I got a 08 EG ultra leftover. Everyone there was friendly and not pushy. I had some issues and just drove up there with no appointment and they took it right in and fixed it Quick! Then I wanted a part put on a month later and it was done fast and they charged me under the going rate.... WAY cool !..So my girl was looking at used bikes and I told them to find me something and they did...new sportie for less than the used ones she was looking at. I can't go wrong at this place. Well you tell me what h/d dealer goes that far for you. NOW I will see how I am treated with this sportie buy and do another review. But so far...Top shelf! "

"Both my son and I recently purchased bikes from Minuteman. My son purhcased some high performance parts on line and had Minuteman install them. There were issues with one of these components purhcased elsewhere. Minuteman service department, namely, Jon, Jennifer and Mark spent a lot of time and effort to resolve the issue. Because of this "above and beyond" effort I will remain a loyal customer of Minuteman and I will certainly spread the word as to what a qualified and friendly staff you have in all departments.
Also: Great to have the RIder's Edge course close by. I would wish you folks luck with your business but success is not about luck, it is about competence and you and your staff have it.

"The whole experience was awesome, from the minute we walked in to when we purchased the bike. We were greeted by Marc who took us on a tour of the whole shop, Then we dealt with Mark Lopes who is to say the least a great guy. Bruce Ferreira was awesome during the purchase of the bike. It was the best experience that we have had and cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Bruce Ferreira, is awesome. Once the purchase was made and the bell was rung, the owner took the time to come over and talk to us about our purchase. This is buy far the best Harley Davidson Dealership around. "First we were greeted by Donna who made us feel comfortable and welcomed. As she gave us a tour of the place i could not belive the size of this place and the HUGE amount of bikes the have stashed here! They even have a special lounge for the customers with refreshments,TV and restrooms! Then we talked with the sales staff and I was amazed at the knowledge they acually had about the products they sell. Even the owner came up and talked to us for awhile. Even though we walked out of there buying only a T-shirt , we were treated like kings. This place is definately a Huge Plus for the south coast area. I will be back!"
